Privacy Policy
Effective June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Blackstone Financial LLC, doing business as Blackstone Recovery (“Blackstone,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the website at bstonerecovery.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only; information shared with us under a signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement and any confidentiality terms in it.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. The Site does not require an account and contains no payment functions. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, company, contact details, and a description of your matter.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of access. We use this information for security and to understand how the Site is used in the aggregate.
2. Cookies and analytics
The Site is a static informational site and does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting or analytics providers may set limited cookies or collect usage data necessary to serve and secure the Site or to provide aggregate visit statistics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Site functions without them.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and evaluate potential engagements
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We may share information with: (a) service providers that support our operations, such as website hosting, email, and communications providers, which are permitted to use it only to provide services to us; (b) professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, where reasonably necessary; and (c) courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. If our business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence and related information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above — generally, for the duration of any resulting discussions or engagement plus the period required by our records practices and applicable law — and then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures appropriate to a firm of our size to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive claim information through unencrypted channels before an engagement is in place.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request that we correct or delete contact information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, such as the right to know what personal information we have collected or to request its deletion. We honor such requests as required by applicable law and do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because the Site does not track users across third-party websites.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices we do not control. Review the privacy policies of any site you visit.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated.
